We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and execution-oriented Operations Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the operational and logistical execution of battery energy storage system (BESS) construction sites from end-to-end.

You will serve as the crucial link between planning and field execution: building operational work plans, supervising contractors and vendors on-site, tracking timelines, and serving as the right hand to the Planning, Construction & Operations Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Operational Work Planning: Gather project materials, build structured operational work plans with detailed timelines, and coordinate contractor workflows for execution.
  • Deep-Dive Project Control: Conduct daily tracking of project statuses, identify bottlenecks, resolve delays, and maintain complete operational control.
  • On-Site Supervision: Serve as the primary company representative on BESS construction sites, supervising contractor performance against schedule and operational requirements.
  • Interface & Stakeholder Management: Lead status meetings, direct multidisciplinary field teams and subcontractors, and systematically resolve Punch List items prior to site handover.
  • System Documentation: Maintain real-time tracking, updates, and task management within Jira and project management software.
  • Field Problem Solving: Address unexpected field challenges proactively and creatively in real time.
Qualifications & experience

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in operational project management, construction management, or site supervision within engineering, civil construction, or infrastructure.
  • Education: Practical Engineer or B.Sc. Engineer in a relevant field (Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or related).
  • Schedule & Milestone Management: Proven track record of managing schedules and milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Technical & System Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Jira, CRM, and project management tools.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness for frequent site visits nationwide and flexible working hours based on project demands.

Personal Profile:

  • Strong system-level perspective combined with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High autonomy, strong initiative, and excellent problem-solving capabilities in field environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead contractors and field personnel effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Big Advantage):

  • Prior experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), solar EPC projects, or industrial-scale energy infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with energy site Commissioning processes.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure (transformers, inverters, switchgear).
