3.1 Information you provide directly

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number submitted through contact or subscription forms.
  • Business details: company name, job title, industry, company size if provided.
  • Communications and files: messages and attachments sent via forms or email.
  • Recruitment data: CV, cover letter, or other information submitted for job applications if applicable.
  • Transactional info: where relevant, payment details handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card data.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, interaction data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used to recognize your device or session. See the Cookies section below.

3.3 Information from third parties

  • Social networks: if you interact with or log in via LinkedIn, Google, or similar services, we may receive profile data subject to your permissions.
  • Third-party widgets: embedded services such as social or professional feeds may collect data under their own policies.

  • Respond to enquiries and provide services – contact form replies, demos, proposals, customer onboarding. Legal basis: contract or legitimate interests or consent.

These are detailed in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and its Data Processing Exhibit, which govern how AGEERA processes, stores, and safeguards client and system data within its services.

AGEERA’s infrastructure includes integrations with Microsoft Azure. Your use of services hosted or operated on Azure is also governed by Microsoft’s own terms and policies, summarized as follows:

Service Agreement
Your use of Azure is governed by the agreement under which the service was obtained.

  • Customers who purchase or renew a subscription online are governed by either the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) or the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (MOSA), depending on regional availability.

  • Customers purchasing through a Microsoft Commercial Licensing Program (such as an Enterprise Agreement) are governed by their specific licensing agreement.

  • Users without an Azure subscription are subject to the Microsoft Terms of Use for limited Azure services.

Product Terms
These define the availability, usage terms, and privacy/security commitments for Microsoft Products and Services, including Azure.

Offer Details
Pricing and other applicable terms are defined within the specific Azure offer details tied to your subscription.

Privacy Statement
The Microsoft Privacy Statement explains how Microsoft processes personal data and for what purposes. Certain Preview or beta services may include additional or different privacy terms.

Data Protection
The Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA) outlines both parties’ obligations for the processing and protection of Customer Data and Personal Data in Azure. Additional documentation and audit reports are accessible through the Microsoft Trust Center and Service Trust Portal.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
These describe Microsoft’s uptime and connectivity commitments for Azure services.

Preview Supplemental Terms
These govern Azure features in beta, preview, or limited release, supplementing the main Service Agreement and Product Terms.

Marketplace and Government Cloud Terms

  • Microsoft Azure Marketplace Terms apply to Marketplace use.

  • Microsoft Azure Government Terms apply to the U.S. Government Cloud.

Website Terms of Use
The Microsoft Terms of Use also apply to use of the Azure website and limited services available without subscription.

This overview is provided for convenience to summarize the legal and contractual frameworks governing Azure services. Additional terms may apply to specific software, ancillary services, or content integrated with AGEERA’s systems.

We require all partners and processors—including Microsoft and other infrastructure providers—to maintain high security standards and use personal data solely for contracted purposes.

7. International transfers

Personal data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence such as in the EU or US by our service providers. When such transfers occur, we implement safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or rely on adequacy decisions to protect your data as required by law.

Data transfers under SaaS agreements follow the procedures and safeguards described in our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and its Data Processing Exhibit.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out and to meet legal or business requirements. Examples include:

  • Contact form submissions: typically retained up to 3 years unless deletion is requested.
  • Job applications: retained up to 2 years unless requested otherwise.
  • Analytics data: retained according to provider defaults and often aggregated or anonymized.

9. Your rights
