At Em HaChita’s milling and food production facility, AGEERA deployed a 1.6 MWh battery energy storage system with a total power output of 0.4 MW, integrating solutions from CATL, REN, and MingYang. Located in a densely populated industrial zone, the site operates in a challenging environment with continuous production demands.

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensures seamless energy management without interrupting production lines.
Cost Optimization: Reduces peak demand charges and improves energy utilization.
Scalable Design: Multi-vendor architecture increases flexibility and resilience.

The Energy Management System (EMS) manages two cabinet-based BESS units from different vendors, dynamically following the factory’s load profile in real time. The system charges during low-cost periods and discharges during peaks, optimizing energy use and generating multiple revenue streams while remaining fully transparent to the factory’s operations.

This project highlights how AGEERA’s advanced EMS enhances industrial site performance, enabling manufacturers to operate efficiently, lower costs, and improve energy reliability in complex environments.
