At the Jerusalem Tech Park, AGEERA deployed an 8.3 MWh / REN-based behind-the-meter battery system, designed to enhance the site’s energy resilience and optimize renewable utilization across its high-tech and research facilities. The system is fully integrated with AGEERA’s AI-driven Energy Management System (EMS), enabling dynamic optimization between solar generation, grid supply, and facility demand.

Smarter Solar Utilization:
By storing surplus solar power and discharging during evening peaks, on-site renewable use was boosted by over 35%, significantly reducing grid dependency.

Peak Shaving & Cost Reduction:
AI-based load management cut peak demand and lowered electricity expenses by up to 30%, improving overall operational efficiency.

Seamless Backup Power:
Autonomous edge controllers switch to backup within 50 milliseconds, ensuring continuous operation of labs, cooling systems, and critical data infrastructure.

This project demonstrates how AGEERA’s turnkey EMS + BESS solution enables large-scale technology campuses to achieve both energy independence and operational continuity—delivering resilience, savings, and sustainability in one integrated system.
